By accessing or using the Btobbes website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.

Consultations with Brendan Tobin or Dirk Lennarz are booked through Zoom Scheduler. The price, length and format of each session are shown on the booking page before you pay. A free 30-minute introductory call is booked the same way and costs nothing. Full-time engagements and custom packages are agreed separately in writing and are not covered by these terms. Payment is taken when you book, processed by Stripe through Zoom Scheduler. Your confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel. Consultations offer general guidance based on the consultant’s experience. They are not legal, accounting or investment advice, and they do not create an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Btobbes or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Btobbes does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall Btobbes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Btobbes is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites.

Btobbes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
